My family and I have health issues that we have been able to overcome by using alternative methods. I enjoy people, and working with people to achieve their fitness goals and challenges. For me, having pilates and yoga as part of my daily regimen has helped me gain strength to get through many health issues. I look forward to taking these new steps together.
