Nick Cerone: Maintaining a healthy lifestyle has always been central to Nick's personal goals.  His philosophy is that health is more than being fit; total health develops confidence, enhances body awareness, and improves the overall well-being of those he works with.  Motivated by a desire to give back to the community, Nick recently volunteered to build a wellness program for breast cancers survivors.  His work has been endorsed by the AARP and members of the Golden Gate Mother's Group. Stephanie Maas Heller:  I began learning the pilates methods after realizing the health benefits that it brought to my life. My family and I have health issues that we have been able to overcome by using alternative methods. I enjoy people, and working with people to achieve their fitness goals and challenges. For me, having pilates and yoga as part of my daily regimen has helped me gain strength to get through many health issues. I look forward to taking these new steps together.

It’s important to have a strong body, mind, and spirit. With this trio working together, everything else will fall into place.

Stephanie has 1500 hours as Pilates Apparatus & Mat Trainer including concentrations in Power Pilates and Atma Yoga. Her specialities include: core strength, increase flexibility, breath, pre- post natal, shoulder pain/ post-surgery, post-breast reconstruction/ mastectomy, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Scoliosis.

Dennis Wu: I took part into becoming a personal trainer because I have a passion for fitness and health. I personally have been in the fitness industry for 5+ years and I am currently an INBA (International Natural Body Building Association) physique competitor. Not only do I have a passion for fitness and health, but I also love to help people reach their goals. Nothing feels better than knowing that you are changing someone’s life for the better. As a personal trainer, my goal is to help my clients to get where they want and need to be. In the past years of getting into the fitness industry, I am not afraid to admit that I have made many mistakes regarding to dieting and training. Gaining knowledge is based on making and learning from your mistakes, not by always knowing everything. Over time, I realized what I was doing wrong and this is why I am here for you. I don’t want you to make the same mistakes I’ve made in the past, that way results and progress will come a lot quicker. My job is to make sure all my clients get to where they want to be the quickest yet safest way possible in regarding to training and dieting. If you give me 100%, I will give you 100%. If you give me less than 100%, I am still going to give you 100%. It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are, I am always going to be here for you and to guide you towards the right direction.
